I can still recall how it all began…


In March 2012, I received a life changing phone call from Success Resources. They were the largest seminar company in the world.


For many years I have been marketing online and I thought doing a presentation was pretty much the same thing.


I thought to myself "As long as I provide great content and value, the audience will be able to make that informed decision and invest in what it is that I have to offer." 


Pretty straightforward, right?


When it was time to make the offer, and I asked them to go to the back tables to invest, nobody moved.

i bombed... hard.

it was weird. it was awkward. it was embarrasing.

It was in this huge expo hall with 900 people and back then things were very different. There was no music, nothing.


I had to walk to the back of the room and it was like the walk of shame. That walk felt like it took forever.


The funny thing was... I had so many people coming up to me after, telling me how great the content was and how inspired they were but nobody bought anything!


That was when I realized that speaking and selling are 2 completely different skills.


As I continued the journey of practicing and learning from the best of the best, I got better.

He ministers widely in many nations and has released his third book on Christians in the Workplace called “The Invasive Kingdom”. His first two were “Slingshots” and “The Call of Issachar”.

Pr. Timothy Loh has been the senior pastor of Every Nation Church Malaysia (formerly known as Eaglepoint) since 1999.


Touched by God in his teen years, where he found his calling to serve God, he pursued his God-given purpose by enrolling in a seminary. Trained at Portland Bible College, much of his pastoral development came during the time he spent serving his fellow students at USM Penang and the years where he juggled his role as senior pastor and an executive in the IT industry. With a heart for meaningfully bringing the gospel to the ever-changing 'now' culture, he hopes to make the gospel relevant for the people of today.


Under Pr. Timothy's leadership, nine churches have been planted in different cities within Malaysia and one in China. Those who have heard him preach appreciate his ability to simplify God’s word while drawing out its depth with his own brand of Malaysian humour.


Other than pastoring, he divides his time following Arsenal FC, and winning at badminton. He also spent several years in the restaurant industry before retiring in 2017. But ask him and he will tell you that his main ministry is loving his wife Teresa and their four children Joel, Joash, Jayden, and Joanna.

PolicyStreet seeks to refresh insurance to be relevant and meaningful to the emerging affluent, digital economies, and underserved. Nehemiah is a civil engineer with a Ph.D. in the specialized field of Geotechnical Engineering. He is the founder of Nehemiah's group of companies that specialize in the design and construction of retaining walls, prestressed structures, geosynthetics, and long-span bridge girders.



The company was founded in 1993 to glorify God in and through business. His practice of integrity in business and entrepreneurship was recognized in 2011 when he won the Star (SOBA) Entrepreneur of the Year Award.



He has served as a member of the Industrial Advisory Panel of various private and public universities including his alma mater University Malaya. In recent years, Nehemiah co-founded The Encubator and Mustard Seed Capital to train, coach, and multiply Biblical entrepreneurs. He is married to Wendy and has three lovely daughters, two sons-in-law, and five grandchildren. He enjoys golf, traveling, and reading.
